Villa Centro Storico in Lucignano
Villa Centro Storico comprises two restored residences within the medieval walls of Lucignano: Villa Panoramica, an eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom (all ensuite) villa with private gardens and swimming pool, and Appartamento Monache, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom (one ensuite), courtyard apartment with independent access.
The residences may be rented separately or together to create an eleven-bedroom property within the historic centre of a Tuscan hill town. For 2026, the gardens and pool are available to each, but bookings are never concurrent — each property is reserved exclusively for its own guests. From 2027, the pool and gardens will be reserved exclusively for Villa Panoramica, and Appartamento Monache will use a separate entrance.
Within the historic centre
Set inside Lucignano’s medieval walls, the properties offer a combination of private outdoor space and immediate access to village life. Cafés, restaurants, artisan shops, bakeries, a supermarket, butchers and banks are all within walking distance. On-site parking is available for guests.
Villa Panoramica is completing its final furnishing and styling phase, with professional photography scheduled prior to the first arrivals. Appartamento Monache is fully finished and ready to welcome guests.
A rare presence within the town
Properties of this scale, with large private gardens, terraces and a substantial outdoor swimming pool, are uncommon within Tuscan historic hill towns. Villa Centro Storico offers this combination while remaining fully integrated into the fabric of the village. The extensive gardens and terraces provide a secure, fully private environment for relaxation and small private gatherings.

Guests can step directly into the rhythm of daily village life while enjoying open views across the Val di Chiana. The location also provides convenient access to Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano and the wider landscape of Tuscany.
Villa Panoramica
An eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom villa with terraced gardens and a private swimming pool, reserved exclusively for villa guests. Final furnishing is being completed, with photography scheduled before the first stays.
Appartamento Monache
A three-bedroom, two-bathroom courtyard apartment (one ensuite) with independent street access, fully furnished and ready for guest stays.
Full estate – eleven bedrooms
When booked together, Villa Panoramica and Appartamento Monache can operate as a single eleven-bedroom residence suitable for extended families or larger gatherings.
